Deliveries and Returns


Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your parcel.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are charged at the rates indicated in the shopping cart, for all countries served by our website (for delivery in 2 to 5 working days for France and 3 to 20 working days for other countries).

Shipping is free for all orders over or equal to 300€ for delivery in metropolitan France.

Delivery in metropolitan France (including Corsica) is provided by La Poste's Colissimo service.

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, unless otherwise indicated by us. An email will be sent to you to confirm the processing of the order and its shipment.

You have 10 days upon receipt of your order to return your items to us for a refund if they are not satisfactory.
          1. Make your request: All exchange or refund requests must be sent by email to You must indicate your name, first name, phone number, order number and reason for return.
          2. Procedure: We will send you an email with the postal address for return. You must return each item complete (packaging and accessories), in its original condition and in its original packaging with its return number included in the package.
          3. Return fees are free only for exchanges and only in mainland France. Within the limit of one exchange. The shipping costs related to the return of the products remain the charge of the customer unless the received product is not compliant or has a manufacturing defect (see SAV). Any customs fees related to the return of a product from a foreign country are also the responsibility of the customer. The risks and return costs are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer. We advise you to send us your items in registered mail proving this return. Mamoja will in no case be responsible for the non-reception of the returned product.


We do not offer standard exchanges on our website. You will receive a voucher valid for 6 months. To order a new model or color, simply place an order on our e-shop!


You will receive an email to let you know when the refund has been made. Allow approximately 7 to 14 working days to allow us time to process your return.


Manufacturing defects must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the package. After this period, the repair/replacement will be at the customer's expense. Any damage resulting from misuse will not be covered by the brand. In this case, an expertise will be carried out by the brand and a quote will be presented to the customer.

If it is established that the damage is not a material or manufacturing defect, the After-sales Repair Policy will apply, giving you the option to have the jewelry repaired at your own expense. A quote will be made and sent to you by email. In this case, the transport costs will remain the responsibility of the customer for the outward and return journey.

Our regulations apply in the context of normal use. Repair does not include aging, wear and tear due to the use of a fragrance, as well as deterioration, breakage or loss resulting from accidental circumstances, intervention by a third party, improper use or lack of maintenance.
